An Evening Full of Magic: Lis Sørensen in Aalborg 8. November 2025
What an incredible week! First, we got to be part of Peer's opening of his new music store on November 3rd - what a wonderful start! And even though the season is officially over in Skagen now, last night we continued with an absolute highlight: a wonderful musical experience that we won't forget anytime soon!
The legendary Danish artist Lis Sørensen (born 1955) performed at Musikkens Hus in Aalborg - and I can't say it often enough: what an evening it was! We were absolutely thrilled from the very first to the very last minute!
Of course, we knew many of her songs already - after all, they're part of the Danish soundtrack of the last few decades and simply accompany you through life. Singing along at the top of our lungs? Well, we're still not quite perfect at that, but it didn't dampen the mood one bit. Quite the opposite!
Row five! Can you imagine? We were sitting practically right in front of the stage, right in the middle of it all!
So close, so intense - you felt every single emotion, every tiny nuance of her incredible voice.
This wasn't a concert, this was an emotional journey! An evening full of deep feelings, precious memories, and those magical goosebump moments that make you love music.
And then came this finale - when the audience pulled out their phone flashlights and the entire hall gleamed in this warm, glowing sea of light - simply incredible! But honestly: the spark had already jumped across much earlier. Long before the end of the concert, this very special, almost tangible connection between stage and audience had already formed. You felt like part of something bigger, part of this wonderful musical family.
