Between East and North Sea - A Decision Dilemma March 5, 2023
I'm truly torn. The decision between the east and north coasts is really difficult for me. On the one hand, the east coast attracts me with its high-quality properties, on the other hand, the prices for beautiful houses on the North Sea are a bit more affordable. But is the lower price really the deciding factor? The quality of houses on the east coast is consistently higher—but do I really want that?
Right now, I'm intensively comparing the infrastructure of the different regions. What's particularly important to me is medical care. Where are the nearest major hospitals? How is general medical provision? These aren't unimportant details, because we're not getting any younger. Such things really need to be thought through carefully.
Michael is already a step ahead and is already taking care of the practical side of things. He's getting quotes from various moving companies. A move over a distance of more than 1000 kilometers is no small matter. To be honest, I can't really imagine how all of this is going to work. The logistics behind it all seem like a huge puzzle to me right now.
